Questions
Common Questions
Will my insurance rates go up if I file a storm damage claim?
Storm damage is generally considered an 'Act of Nature' by many insurance carriers. In many cases, filing a claim for wind or hail damage will not directly affect your rates or premiums.
What if my claim is denied?
We have a strong track record of getting claims approved. If a claim is initially denied, we assist with the appeals process and can connect you with a licensed public adjuster if needed.
How long does the process take?
From inspection to installation, most insurance jobs are completed within 4-8 weeks, depending on your insurance carrier's timeline and material availability.
Do I need to be home during the inspection?
You are welcome to be present, but it's not required. We just need access to the property. We'll send you a full report with photos after the inspection.
